    I was trying to find a room for the night while we were in Sequim. I looked up what hotels were in the area. I saw room at the ******** that looked good so I went into the lobby and asked about that room. She said I had to be a member of ******* to get that rate, but if I book online a will automatically become a member. I went out to my car to get my glasses and try to book it from my phone. I put in all my information and card number and hit book, but it just spun and spun until it said I was timed out and the reservation could not be booked. I tried it one more time and it did the same thing. We gave up and decided to try the Holiday Inn right up the road. We had no problem just walking in and getting a room and we had a lovely stay that night. I got back into town today to see that the Red Lion had charged me for the room I never stayed in and when I called them they said I had reserved a room and I was a no show so they had to charge me anyway since that was there policy and there was nothing she could do. I have let my credit card company know but this should never happen to another person. It is just fraud at this point. Please look into these practices. I know I won't ever be staying with this company again. And the biggest slap in the face, on the "receipt" it says "average daily rate $127.20" and I was charged $143.36

    On December *****th 2022 my boyfriend and I got a room for the night to relax from the stress of the week. I paid $121 for the night thinking that we would get a ********* however, when we got in the room there where **** on/ in one of the beds and the room had a odd smell to it. We didn't feel as if we could even sleep in bed and so my boyfriend and I slept in ************** they had in the room. We both woke up in pain because of this inconvenience. I am very disappointed with the outcome of this transaction and wouldn't ever recommend this hotel to anyone let alone give it the amount of stars it has.
