      ****** customer service. Shipping not as promised. Christmas goods not received in a timely fashion. Will not order from them again.

      I've contacted customer service three times and am still waiting for a response. When I attempt to call, I find myself waiting an average of 30 minutes, which is unacceptable. It's clear that they need to be adequately staffed to handle the volume of orders and customer inquiries. I received no wreath and no refund.

      Do Not recommend this company - Two of my 3 products were not shipped on time and still waiting to receive them. There has been no response to my emails inquiring about the products. Wait time to speak to a representative has been 70+callers and then they hang up on you (8 minutes on the line, they hung up, then 19 minutes on the line then they hung up, and 18 minutes on the line and then they hung up). I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.

      Lynch Creek Farm products are AMAZING! We used them for a Scout event and ended up becoming huge fans! Their products are fresh, LONG LASTING and beautiful. We have a running joke with my aunt because I sent her a beautiful centerpiece for Christmas and it lasted so long she had to redecorate it for Valentines and St. Patricks Day! Ya'll are amazing!

We put a great deal of time and attention into designing our fresh centerpieces and wreaths, the packaging and boxes, and the handcrafting and decorating processes. Shipping a high-quality product is our top priority. We're so glad your aunt's centerpieces last through February, and we appreciate you sharing this here with others!

      I only give this one star because not selecting any stars won't be accepted. I signed up for emails after being promised a discount on my next order but they didn't give it to me (after I contacted them about getting a credit, they sent me a coupon for "next time"). Then, I paid $35 for 3 day shipping, I received an email showing that it went out the next day but now I am getting an update from *** that it won't be there until a week later (5 for ground shipping). I called the company and they told me it was delayed due to the holidays and weekend but they didn't send me an email about that. The manager won't refund the excess $30 for expedited shipping. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find a more ethical and easier to work with company.

      We are very sorry for *****'s frustration with these issues. Our customers mean a great deal to us, and we do all we can to resolve problems together for things that are under our control. There are two issues to address here: 1. The issuing of a Gift Card as compensation for a discount 2. The speed of 3 Day Expedited Shipping the customer paid for

      Gift Card Issue -
      We are sorry ***** missed the promo code for $5 that was sent to her for signing up for emails. It might have gone to her SPAM folder. She messaged us stating she did not receive the promo code. Our team offered a Gift Card for the same amount. We did this as a courtesy because gift cards do not expire like the missed promo code, and can be combined with other promo codes and specials. The Gift Card code is applied to orders on our website the exact same way as a promo code. We offered her the gift card, asking if it was ok. She replied the same day accepting the Gift Card. If she has not accepted it, we would have offered a $5 refund. However, she gladly accept the gift card, saying "Yes, it's fine. Thank you". The Gift Card for $5 was issued immediately that same day.

      Expedited Shipping Issue -
      ***** called us regarding an order she placed for a centerpiece. She paid for 3-Day expedited shipping and selected an Approximate Ship Date of Tues 11/22/23. She was upset that the centerpiece had not been delivered on Fri 11/25/23, and she wanted a full refund for the order. We explained that all ship date are approximate, business days (holidays and weekends) are not counted as transit days, and that expedited transit times are not guaranteed. *** does not pickup or move packages on Thanksgiving 11/23/23. We created the *** label and handed it to *** on 11/22/23, on time. The *** tracking shows it is in transit and the expected delivery day is 11/29/23. It is arriving on the 4th business day from the requested Ship Date of 11/22/23. We regret that *** took an extra day, and that ***** wasn't aware that ship dates and transit time are not guaranteed. *** does not guarantee their expedited shipping times. Our website's Checkout states this when a customer selects a shipping method and Ship Date:

      "While expedited orders are expected to be delivered more quickly than standard ground shipments, ship dates and delivery times are not guaranteed. All Ship Dates are approximate. Standard and Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once items have shipped."

      Our business shipped the order on the Ship Date that ***** selected and shipped it with the 3-Day expedited method. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over *** transit times. Our website clearly states that transit times are not guaranteed.

      We are very sorry about all of this - that ***** had a poor experience with us. Although a few days later than expected, the recipient will receive a beautiful holiday centerpiece tomorrow, with plenty of time to enjoy it through the holidays. We appreciate *****'s feedback about her order so we can better understand and work towards improving our customers' experience.
