    I apologize that today was a sunami of messages and problems,.  I understand that you wanted to know when I contacted  the *******.  I contacted him 2/25 when I noticed the problem.  THe window is my masterBR and I usually keep the blinds drawn but i've started Spring cleaning and noticed the water between the panes.  I sent a copy of the "receipt" which is attached to this complaint and carries the glaziers note that the window is warranted for 5 years at $100.(paid).  The ******* has developed what I'm guessing is myasthenia gravis and cannot perform the replacement and says he thinks I should pay $500 for a contractor to do it,.  While I have empathy for his condition the warranty was paid for and the issue that the manufacturer covers the glass is irrelevant.    Just  like if you replace your windshield and it leaks it is the company that covers the replacement and the labor.  This problem occurred 2.5 years after installation.  Please provide an update.
