    I am blinding when I so I take taxis several times a week. I know all the rules regulations and rates. I have used this cab service( Mason County Taxi)for 2 years now. The drivers were always wonderful, although they never stay more than a month or two, but the owner is always VERY rude I overlooked it for a long time. She would always charge me 3 to 4 more dollars than anybody else who has a meter in their car and when I finally confronted her about it she text me for hours about how wrong I was. Today I took my usual ride home from ******* which is something I do several times a week. There was a new driver who left the time running which charges you extra along with the mileage I politely told her and she didn't believe me so she called her boss her boss told her she needed to turn it off but it ended up charging me more not a big deal but the owner was very rude to me about and again started texting me which is completely unprofessional you don't text a customer then she told me I threatened to call the cops on her driver which is absolutely nuts and if she took the time to look at the camera from inside of the vehicle which has audio she would know that is completely untrue. So after about 15 minutes of her texting different threats to my phone I tried to call her and she refused to answer of course. So this was my last option to make sure people are aware that the owner is a ***** and she's very rude and disrespectful. I would rather walk than ever take that cab service again.
