      Our original appointment which had been months in advance, was cancelled at the last minute to a date not convenient with my husband and I , but we took it to assure the work would be done. We were told there was a two hour window for their arrival and they would call prior to arriving. 30 minutes after the two hour window they still had not arrived nor called. The requested services were for roof and gutter cleaning, installation of a roof anchor, removal of debris and clean up of affected areas. The cost was close to $2,000.00 for less then a two.hour job and although they charged us for a roof anchor , they did not install one. I emailed the company three times and sent a photo of the missing anchor . My emails went unanswered. I called the company and their response was to send us a refund check of $60.00 for the missing work. We wouldn't have requested a roof anchor if we didn't want or need one.
