    Don't use them! They were used for our house sale. First, they did NOT give us a copy of settlement papers when we signed!! "I" had to contact them to get a copy! When I finally got them, I wasn't able to review them right away. After reviewing them (by then it was after 3 days) They NEVER prorated the taxes... so we never got reimbursed for the 4 months after the settlement date that we paid! Then we had a legal addendum /amendment to purchase agreement that stated buyer and seller agree to pay Brokerage firm, renaissance *********** LLC a fee of $500 "PER PARTY" for a "TOTAL" of $1000. for the services of ***************************, Broker. Our Settlement papers that Aegis wrote up, shows that they paid "LISTING AGENT COMMISSION" Fees of $500 AND "SELLER AGENT COMMISSION" Fees of $500.... We got stuck paying both! But to top it off ... *************************** was NEITHER! She did NOT REPRESENT BUYER Or SELLER!! (Signed document stating this! ) She "ONLY" handled the paperwork!! ??
