I definitely do not recommend Northwest Power Services, **** We had them replace our generator almost a year ago. We had two critical needs, replace the generator that quit working and rewire the garage outlets to the generator panel so we would have continuous power to the refrigerator and freezer in the garage. We had multiple conversations with *** and his electrical subcontractor stressing that we needed the garage outlets transferred to the generator panel. After they did the work and were paid, the generator stopped working. *** came back out and discovered it had been wired wrong. It was fixed quickly, but then stopped working again soon after. He came out again and said the battery we re-used from the previous system quit working. We paid for a new one and it was installed. After all of that, we discovered they had not transferred the outlets. We have called *** multiple times to get him to do the work he was supposed to do. At first he would answer and say he needed to talk to his electrician, then he quit even responding to us. While we recognize we did not have a contract with the electrician, we also reached out to him to see if *** had even talked to him, but he did not respond either. With the windstorm this week, we lost power for over two days and the refrigerator and freezer were not covered by the generator, exactly the situation we clearly stated we wanted to correct but Northwest Power Services, **** ignored. They do not follow through, which is really ironic since *** spends a lot of time complaining about one of his competitors.
