    We checked Pickett and we thought it seemed like a place we would like. After reading the reviews on Pickett no thank you. We do not need this poor quality customer service.Very sad! Greed.... i feel for the people who have had this negative experience. Greed is every where.Thank you for posting!

    This is the worst property management in Kitsap County. They have been dishonest and unwilling to undertake any major repairs in a timely and respectful manner over the three years that we rented from them. (In good standing with payments and home inspections), and decided to end our lease when I allegedly made ****, the acting manager, 'cry' by calmly asking her to call if she was going to be over 20s minutes late for an appointment in the future. Of the repairs we had to fight to get taken care of;Fridge. 6 weeks Oven. 4 weeks Dryer. 3 weeks Furnace, which was leaking carbon monoxide into the home and water into the garage: Over 10 weeks to even acknowledge they needed to replace it Now that we were given 60 days to move out, they expect us to be available for various frivolous and curb appeal related repairs in order to make the space more attractive for the next unsuspecting tenants.Most recently, **** claimed she had set up repairs with a local glass company to fix the door of the fireplace that exploded, but a call to said glass company revealed she has refused to release payment for the repair, leading me to believe she is trying to make it look like our fault in order to keep more of our deposit money.Finally, we paid first, last, and deposit upon moving in. They are claiming we still owe them a months rent, even though our last month covers us through 2/28.

    For 5 years The trees that extend 40' into my yard on my roof I'm still waiting I have contacted them repeatedly and they refuse to even consider it I contacted the owner and he refuses to return my Calls They have no respect for anybody but themselves Now according to the ******************* RCW law they have broken every single one of them I guess it's time. The renters Are pigs And throw their garbage all over the yard Plenty of pictures but no response I have fallen off My roof Irresponsible home owner Keep your trees in your yard and off my roof and stay in your lane ******* to follow

    This place has been shady since we started renting through them two and a half years ago, in spite of having the most stringent requirements for approval in the county.Misled us about W/S/G being covered with the rent, which we didn't realize until we read through the convoluted, 24 page lease agreement. By then, we had already put a deposit down. Were told someone had 'made a mistake', but there was nothing they could do.Not long after moving in, our fridge went out. Took them over six weeks to get a new one, and the only communication in the meantime was us reaching out to them. Smaller maintenance requests, such as large gaps in doors, are ignored entirely. Took three weeks to get a new oven when ours stopped working. When we called to complain, we were informed by ***** our acting PM that;'She couldn't imagine using the oven every day, and if we were homeowners, we would be at the mercy of ************ (It's called 'cooking'. I do that every day).Most recently, the dryer stopped functioning. Woke up this morning (we work nights, and often do not go to bed until 3 a.m.) to our doorbell. Dryer arrived with no notice, and has the wrong outlet. (Sent a 4 prong)When my Husband called to complain to ***** (the owner/broker), he was put on the text message runaround, and waa forced to call repeatedly in order to get no apology, just a lot of condescension.I called ***** to request a phone meeting with the homeowners to adress the mismanagement of their property, and he responded via text that they had refused our request, but we could sent our issues to his email.We will not be renewing our lease this spring after the way we have been consistently treated whilst paying rent on time through unprecedented conditions.
