The four oriental carpets I brought to Pure Clean were treated well and returned in better condition than what I left them with, as one of the rugs had an edge that needed repair. After I agreed to it, the Pure Clean team reached out to a reputable company that could fix the rug. Then, they took it over for repair and brought it back when it was finished. The charge to me was minimal compared with what I would have had to do to research for a reputable rug repair company myself, deliver the rug to that company, and then pick it up.I have used Pure Clean several times in the past and plan to continue to do so.PureClean Carpet Cleaning

Exactly what I wanted! delightful owner ***, I believe who came out. (it's been a couple months)I had Pure Clean out to clean the carpets of a rental home I had been in for 5 yrs. What an excellent job. I should have made the owner use P.C. before I moved in! All carpets look amazing, and no chemicals to wreak havoc on my lungs!Thank you again ***, I will definitely use you again when I move from this house. Or the owner will! PureClean is the best! We have used their services several times over the years including cleaning for carpets, upholstery and area rugs. They have always provided first class service from beginning to end. Their customer service is top notch from their phone support to their delivery drivers, Super nice people. Check out the ******* services they offer! They go the extra mile to work on the hard stains....and are gentle on vintage wool carpets. Most importantly for us they do their work without harsh chemicals. Their name PureClean says it all! We are happy to give our business to them and refer friends and family to them also!PureClean Carpet Cleaning

Great service experience from scheduling to completion. We have used this company before and were very happy with the previous tech ****** and the quality of service that was provided back in 2019. This visit was no exception. *** the tech showed up on time, was respectful of our property when doing the initial walk around, and kept us informed of what was going to be addressed and how. He took the time to go over service and pricing options. He explained that the cost of services has increased since 2019. We appreciated him letting us know that upfront. But hey, is there anything the same cost as it was in 2019? The service provided is worth every dollar. We had some serious dark spots on some light carpet that needed some "work" for sure and I'm happy to report the spots look great , many of them gone and 2-3 with only a "slight hint" of their existence remaining after the carpet had dried. High traffic hallways look great! Let me be clear... our carpet is over 20 yrs old and has been subjected to parties and pets.
