    on 5-24-23 we gave ****** from baileys a ck for ******* to fix our A/C which he cashed 5-30-23. Heard nothing. Called him in July and he said ******* sent it to the wrong address and they kept it.Heard nothing. Called him 8-28-23 no answer. Called him in Sept. he said he was bugging them. Called him 10-18-23 no answer back. Texted him 11-2-23 no answer back. Texted him 11-5-23 time to resolve problem. No answer back. In the meantime 4 months ago there were two reviews from owners that needed help and he to this date has not answered their requests. Two years ago there were two customers that never rec'd calls back. One of the customers request was an emergency no call back not even after two wks. What is going on. Is he using customers money for his own purposes. He is also working with a business call XTREEM - Coating and Sealants for cars, boats, planes and motorhomes. I called them and a fellow told me yes ****** was working for them and also working on our RV's. Oh really????. Thank you BBB
