    I engaged with Summit View Construction LLC in November of 2022 to build a ~****sqft shop building on my property totaling over $310,000. Initially they were very communicative and all documentation seemed professional and accurate, so I paid the requested 50% deposit of roughly $165,000. In December of 2022 they requested and I paid an additional $14,000 because my property needed "additional surveys" due to its physical/geographical properties (Which I was never provided copies of, per my request).Following that, communication became more sparse and vague. My immediate/direct questions were not fully answered or avoided entirely. I requested a copy of the permit application on February 21st and never got the documents. On March 1st I got notice from *** that he was in an accident (falling down the stairs) and had to have surgery. On March 8th I expressed that I was worried about the lack of communication. *** replied ensuring me he would get the application documents to me by tomorrow (March 9th), and the documents were finally delivered. *** claimed they had been submitted on February 12th, but I can't find any record of them.Continuing to be apprehensive about my $165,000 deposit in this current economy, I requested a schedule of materials on March 13th 2023. I requested they get ordered and delivered to my home site. The email received no response. On March 28th, I sent a follow-up email and text message, asking for a response on my email. *** replied that he was disabled due to complications that occurred after his lower back surgery and needed another 12 weeks of recovery.This is when I decided to drive to their claimed warehouse location, where I found it empty.I requested a refund of my paid deposit, but was ignored. Legal action is following soon.

    I paid ******************* $13,375 on 12/2/2021 to repair the rock siding on my home. After looking at it he told me it was going to be a much more extensive job, so I paid him another $55,202 on 12/17/2022. This extension was repairing a sunroom above the rock wall. Once the sunroom was complete, I asked him about the rock ***** - this was the next August 2022, and was informed that he had several jobs in front of ours. We had moved out and needed the siding fixed before we listed. *** said he would reimburse if we found someone else, we did, but then he only offered to pay half. When I told him that was unacceptable he told me to have a check the next morning or he would put a lien on the house.That email came through at 11:26pm. I didnt get it until around 9am the next morning, by which time my realtor was calling me in a panic saying that *** was at the property and was yelling at her threatening a lien. She was very shaken up. I borrowed the money and had a check for him the next morning. Feeling that the bullying had gone too far, I wrote some negative reviews. His next email said that I lied ( I only stated facts, nothing I couldn't support with emails), and he was going to put a lien on the house if I didn't take down the reviews.I felt trapped, threatened and bullied. I didn't have the right even to warn others. This threatening behavior is what I am reporting. I have attached his emails, and would be happy to provide any others.

    I would like to be able to share my experience on review websites without further harrassment from the business.  That is all.  It seems unfair that I cannot do so without threats, and others should be warned.  Does this clarify enough?  I just do not want to be harrassed by the business owner anymore.
