    Conscientious, ethical, honest, kind, responsivegoes beyond for his clients; these are just a few words to describe **** and his amazing team. We recently made a call to our trusted plumber about a leaking toilet. Our call was returned right away, and **** and his crew were at our home within 24 hours. After diagnosing the problem, they returned shortly thereafter and unclogged/repaired part of an old sewer line. In addition to their superior technical skills, **** and his team go beyond in serving their clients. Each time theyve left our home, we feel we were treated like family. Just a few recent examples: - Without being asked, while digging in our side yard, they worked around my roses and flowering shrubs so as not to disturb our landscaping. - In addition to resolving the major issue for which they were paid to assist us, theyve willingly lent a hand and fixed small, incidental items (a slow-dripping faucet, tightening loose fixtures, etc.) at no additional cost. - Down the road, we will need to replace an aging sewer line. Learning this could put any homeowner into a tailspin. However, **** eased our fears as he kindly and thoroughly explained different options, provided tips about working with the city, and even shared some wisdom about how our homeowners insurance might help. There is no higher compliment I can give than to say ****, *****, and the rest of the crew are an invaluable part of our village.
