    I experienced unexpected car trouble and called ahead to notify the office that I might be 1015 minutes late while arranging alternative transportation. Unfortunately, my call was not answered. When I called again, I was informed that I would be charged $88 and that the balance could be sent to collections within 90 days.I find this response to a reasonable and common life event extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before scheduling with this business.

    Absolutely horrible, the hospital manager is unqualified for its job it treats everyone with disrespect and doesn't care about anyone but itself.
