    US Wildlife Removal have been a disaster. We hired them to remove and sanitize 2 bird nests and to properly screen all the eave vents. They did install screens where we could see them but only finished a little over half the entire job. After they left we discovered that many vents were left with old, improperly installed screens and at least one vent was left completely unscreened. When I went in the attic to install screens on the vents I could reach, I found that they had not done anything to the one nest I could get to. I dont know if they removed the other nest but I doubt it. I then emailed **** and he promised to personally come that week and fix it all. The next week we got the same promise. Now, a month later no one has ever shown up. I then asked for a prorated refund on the work left undone and have gotten no response at all. Basically they have scammed us out of over $700. They do have multiple web sites and phone numbers so be sure youre not dealing with them without knowing it.

    Shoddy work and 2 year warranty a SCAM. They poorly patched 3-4 squirrel entry points to our attic and charged $600 for nothing since the squirrel could still get in. Despite multiple calls and texts, it was impossible to schedule another time for them to come out. After seeing how poorly the repairs were done, I wouldn't want them working on our house ever again. DO NOT USE!

    Very sketchy. I had an experience similar to others posted here. Minimal inspection. Told me there were no pests, Just birds walking on the metal roof. $299.

    This organization seems like a scam. They came out to assess a spot under our roof where birds nest. For that visit, they took $300 just to have a look. Said they would return to do the actual work, which would cost another $200. After hounding them to return, two people came for the follow-up work - and left after a few minutes. One of them started to get on the roof, and then declared he had worn the wrong shoes for the job. I have called and emailed various times, to no avail. One year later, I am considering my $300 as lost.
