My husband's boots were put in for repairs on Oct 21st. The man behind the counter said they would be done within two weeks "max". On November 7th, called at ****** says there's no record of my husband's boots in his computer system but that they're switching systems over as of October 17th, so my boots may be in the "pile in the back" that he hasn't gotten to yet to put them in the system. I relayed that someone from there called me last week after they'd taken the heels off to ask me if I wanted a "7 stack" or a "6 stack" heel (or maybe it was 6 or a 5). The taller stack was typical of a packer boot but the shorter stack is what was on the work order. I was told the person who generated the work order who I gave the boot to no longer works there. The email I received after dropping off the boots came October 21st and included Order Number POS21-1729532458. My husband stopped into the shop on Nov 8th and was told the same story.

I purchased boots August 31st and was charged immediately then shipped boots march 6th delivered March 10th as per the website they take an extended timeframe to build but the charged me on day one. after 1 month of light use I contact the company as the boots are already having issues, that even the company admits is a known problem and said "but unfortunately the glue doesn't always stay bonded as it should." Basically a 600 dollar pair of boots I have to re-glue back together every month. They have scammed me because they charge on day 1 of order so that when they show up 9 months later they can not have a credit card dispute filed. This is absolutely a scam and they do not stand behind there product they even have a video of all the "problems" they deem acceptable for the boots after 1 2 or 3 months of wear. I'm 30 and had plenty of boots separation at the seams after a month of very light use is not acceptable. The fact they charged me 600 plus bucks for these and now say it's normal is not acceptable at all. They admit that the shoes are falling apart and need to be glued. I am not accepting this as I was not shipped a bottle of glue with the boots nor was I told this is normal before purchase or I would have never bought them.
