This company is in serious need of real estimators. They gave us a phone estimate for 3 rooms + 2 bedrooms + hallway. The tech came out and said the 3 rooms only covered the dining room and living room because the living room was 225sq ft and 200 was the limit. He then tried to add $100 per room for stain removal and a few other items. If we'd had used them, it would have cost about 40 to 45% of what a whole new carpet would cost. I asked them to leave. After they left I called the local number and talked to a person about why all the extra charges, and she didn't know so put me on hold while she found out. While on hold, their background was an advertisement for their company, and it said a standard room size was 250sq ft, not 200. We talked through it all, and we're quoted a price to have another tech come out the next day. The next day, the new tech came out and started doing the same thing, trying to add items after I had already agreed on the phone to a certain price. He was also unable to answer my questions about cleaning and pet stains, treatments etc. etc. The agreed on price was never used because the new *** said it didn't matter. I asked him to leave too and had to call another company to come out because all our furniture was moved for the cleaning. Zerorez needs to send out an estimator before the cleaning is done and stick to the agreed on price. One more thing, the first tech, after adding more than $600 to the total, said if we paid cash he could take some off the final total. Sounded like an employee lining his pocket to me. This was one of the worst experiences with a company I've ever had.

This business is overpriced and dishonest. They quoted me one price over the phone ($375), but when the tech showed up for the appointment he stated that the overall price would be almost $1400. After I nearly sent him away, he agreed to do the work for the original price quoted. It took him a little over an hour to supposedly clean carpet in 4 rooms plus a staircase. (That is how long it usually takes me to vacuum the house as the rioms are on the larger size). Please take your business elsewhere, do not trust these people

Zerorez is overpriced and does lousy work. Would not use them again. They charged $625 to clean carpet in 4 bedrooms and stairs. They had to go back to property 4-5 times due to the carpet being dirty. They demanded **** in addition to the $625 to extract cat urine in the carpet. They were sent back to clean a closed twice since it still smells like cat urine and dead fish. I want a partial refund and the closest that still smells to be cleaned properly. I would never consider using them again. Customer service is extremely poor. Highly recommend people to use some other company.
