      I ordered an All-American sterilizer off the Amazon website over a month ago and the product shipped yet did not include the rack which is actually the base the heavy sterilizer sits on. I have called OneCall over a half a dozen times and no one ever picked up the phone to answer. I left full information regarding the order number on Amazon, my telephone number, and the issue at least 2 weeks ago -- nobody has even bothered to contact me. This company owes me $70 for the rack --they have not even attempted to field my complaint on their *******, ********** telephone number. "OneCall" is obviously a misnomer.

      Back before Thanksgiving last year I was trying to purchase enough Klipsch RP speakers to be used with a new av receiver I was purchasing as well. The towers I wanted I found online on sale by Huppins / Onecall. ******* had just released their new irritation of their 2017 build of Reference Premier speakers with the copper look. So the 2017 speakers immediately went on sale and I bought a pair of the tower speakers from Onecall at a ridiculous price like less than 50% of the ***** So they shipped them out, I got them and hooked them up. Almost right away my wife started complaining about a buzzing noise coming from the speakers. I slipped a towel under what seemed to be the troublesome speaker and that seemed to help. So I looked much closer and realized that the speaker edging had cracked in several places including inside the speaker framing. I then contacted Onecall who immediately gave me instructions on how to return the damaged speaker. However the best thing was that Onecall took it upon themselves to immediately express mail a new speaker to me. They realized how disappointing it might be so they rushed the replacement out before I even put the damaged one in the mail!So today I bought new Klipsch RP-502S II surround speakers and an extra subwoofer SVS PB-**** Pro all from Onecall. Best price, authorized dealer, full manufacturer's warranty great tech support and great customer service. Check them out they're on both Amazon (Huppins) and **** (Onecall)..
