    I dropped of a engine to ****************** on July 28th 2022 to have it fixed, this motor was for a racer that came to my shop. ****************** being a engine builder and racer him sell knew and understood the importance of getting this motor back and done in a timely mater. he gave me his word that it would be a week to two weeks, as that time had came and gone I reach out to him to see what has went wrong. he stated he needed parts, I asked as I work in the similar line of work what parts are needed I will try and get them. That is where communication has stopped. I have tried reaching out to ****************** in person in emails, with none of his emails Being good, threw friend's of his family and former employees of his, and texts messages, and multiple phone calls from several different phone numbers. I have kept record of all this. ****************** on the 4 occasions he has answered his phone has told me stuff of being out of town or he is just a small shop and cant get the parts needed to do job. Yet people will tell me he is at this bar or that bar right now. I even reached out to Spokane county sheriff to try and get my customers stuff back, but ***************** will not answer his phone or door. This has cause huge amounts of grief between my customer and myself and a hole race organization, it has also led to me and my company being taking to court. At this time I have given up on ever seeing my customers stuff back, and people need to know what kind of company RND ENGINERRING *** is. I can provide a copy of my phone records if needed, along with a sworn statements by 4 people who have tried to assets me.

    Thank you for sending in your concern. Can you please provide an invoice or documentation from our shop accepting your job and to confirm that date of drop off? I'd like to resolve this for you. If this in fact is a job that we can complete for you - shops across the country are struggling with back order wait times on parts. We have greatly been affected by this as well as a small local shop. Thank you.
