    Supervisor ************ was very rude to me when asking for my money back after telling me I would receive a refund of 2 payments I have not received both payments back to my account and this supervisor argued with me telling me I was wrong and that I must of heard wrong when I specifically wrote everything down so I would not forget what was taken from my account. This company will lie to you and then argue with you like I did something wrong when all I wanted was my money back since I was told completely different price than what was taken from my account. And then when I hung up on this man after telling me I would get my money back when I get it. He called me back and said we must of got disconnected I told him no I hung up on you! And I hung up again. This man proceeded to call me back again. I felt like he was taunting me. Very unprofessional!
