    I tried to get clean linens today but because the housekeeper ***** who is the agent for owner,not the actual owner, she brought dirty linens to my room at 5pm or when she was leaving 2 days ago. Which was 7/26/24. Her an her husband were leaving for the evening. I put my dirty linens out before 5pm today an the live in groundskeeper/ maintenance guy brought my towels to me but had spilled beer all over them, an left my dirty linens outside on my front door porch area! The staff refused to bring me ANY Clean linens although I had requested them before 5pm today which is 7/28/24. I sent him a picture of my paid rent for the week in the amount of 440$ . It's paid through 8/1/24. I finally got him to text back an told me since it's after hours that he would never do it again but I had to open my front door and get the linens. Whose to say he actually did hiss job after fighting an arguing with him to please wash the bed linens which were dirty . I was not opening my front door after 9pm. I do not deserve to be treated like this especially after the unprofessional customer service by *****. 2 days ago. I am the one spending my hard earned money for lousy housekeeping service and I haven't even gotten an apology. This is a picture of my stripped bed linens. Because they were dirty. I like clean linens at least once a week an the housekeeper brought dirty linens 2 days ago.

    I paid ****** the first week l stayed at the ********* motel at *********************************************, because l was unlawfully evicted from my apartment. I was overcharged the first week l was here. I had someone open my door because the door locks with a code. I also had people in my room when l was gone. It was not Raini. She was pleasant an helpful. I asked the house keeper today this morning at 10am if l could get fresh linen's,she came an got them at 6pm just as she was leaving to go home. I would expect I could get housekeeping service at the overcharged rate I'm paying. Not only that but the people or head of organ was let into my room an installed cameras which is against the law for a usa citizen,a 69 doubleA. I'm a veteran an was not expecting this behavior. I have attached pictures of the overcharged rate.
