      DATE 12/13/2024 I HIRED ONERELO WORLD WIDE / UNITED VAN LINES TO MOVE MY 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT INTO A HOUSE 20MINS AWAY. MY APARTMENT WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. SO I SENT A VIDEO OF THE APARTMENT AND ALL THE BIG FURNITURE I WANTED MOVED AND ASKED IF I DECIDED TO HAVE THEM MOVE BOXES ALSO IS THAT OK. *** SAID YES THAT IT IS BY THE HOUR I WAS QUOTED ****** TO MOVE THE FURNITURE. I ADDED ABOUT 15 BOXES A 3 PIECE SMALL PATIO TABLE AND CHAIRS A CABNET AND BBQ WHICH SHOULD HAVE ADDED MAYBE AN HOUR AT MOST SO THE QUOTE WAS FOR 2 MEN AND A ***** FOR 6HR AT ****** AN HR. AFTER THEY ARRIVED THE ***** WAS LIKE WE NEED A 3RD ****** WHICH THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO HELP UNTIL 4:35PM THEY LEFT THE OFFICE AT 8:50AM TIME STARTED GOT TO THE APARTMENT AT 9:10AM SPENT TIME WALKING AROUND AND ON THE PHONE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE **** AFTER IT WAS LOADED IT TOOK THEM OVER AN HOUR TO GET TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THEY NEEDED DIESEL. SO THEN THEY FINALLY GET IT UNLOADED AT 7:35PM AND THERE WAS A BOY THAT CAME AND HELPED AT 4:35PM THEY STARTED DOING THE ***** WORK AND CAME UP WITH ******* BECAUSE THE *****S WERE SO SLOW THEY STOPED FOR A BREAK AFTER EVER STAIR THE WENT UP I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR 7 HRS MAYBE EVEN 8 BUT TO PAY FOR THEM TO BE LAZY AND NOT LOAD AND UNLOAD IN A TIMELY MANOR I WAS A HOSTAGE AT THAT POINT TO GET MY FURNITURE. I HAD MY FURNITURE MOVED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I HAVE BEEN CHARGED 10 AN A HALF HOURS TO MOVE IT IM LOOKING FOR WHAT SHOULD BE THE FAIR PRICE OF A ******* WHICH IS 7.5 HRS AT ****** AN HR I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM BEING ON THE PHONE OR STANDING AROUND TALKING, EATING AND JUST S******* OFF INSTEAD OF LOADING THE *****
