    !BEWARE! They came to look at my waterheater for a simple thermostat replacement, literally a two wire block solenoid. I got a replacement for $15.87 and swapped it in under two minutes. Their quote was $419! Absolutely a Plumbing ************** Do Not Put Yourself At Risk.

    I apologize for not explaining better what a free estimate is. You were charged nothing. The work that you said you did and what we were estimating are 2 different things. We have to do a professional job, where safety is our concern as well as solving the problem. The repair you are talking about involved a water heater that had previously caught fire and melted at least one of the wires from the thermostat and to the lower element. Yes our bid was higher than you personally thought or think it should be, but it also involved a better solution than what you did yourself. First, I would like you to know we only gave you a free estimate. We diagnosed a problem and proposed a solution, in which you declined our services. No problem. We do not have to win every estimate, but smearing my company's name is unnecessary. I believe if you were to call other reputable companies in our area, you would find similar pricing. We may be more and we may be less, but we are not in business to take advantage of anyone. We gave you a FREE estimate for repairs and that is it. I would greatly appreciate you removing this review from BBB and all other platforms that you have smeared my companies name.

    When you have an emergency with plumbing, ************************* is the one to call. They are quick to respond, do quality work and clean up, with an affordable pricing. In less than 24 hours, I had a kitchen sink again and able to use my dishwasher!! These guys rock!! Initially I had called other services, who could not fit me in soon to just give me an estimate and the prices quoted on the phone were sky high. Glad to know there is excellent plumbing service to be had in *******!!!
