This company clearly did not know how to do metal roofing. My ************ sustained hail damage in a storm and they were referred to me by the company that replaced my gutters They did the vinyl siding repair well but the shop roof was messed up ( twice ) and done improperly and not installed properly and looks like c*** Ive consulted three other roofing companies and spoke to them and they have pointed out all the errors. After speaking with professional metal roofers the only way for this to be repaired and corrected is to have new metal roofing put on, ***** trim, and the roof rake. Because I have to hire another company. Im looking for financial reimbursement.

We have worked very hard to please the customer. We addressed his original concerns. We removed and replaced the entire new roof. He had issues with the new roof. Which we tried to fix those problems. He then had a list of new issues. I met with him and told him I would personally come back out when the weather was warmer and we had more daylight. I called him a few weeks ago and said we were ready to move forward and fix the problems and order the necessary materials needed. He said that was fine. We ordered the materials. On Monday June 5 2023 the materials were ready. I called him and said we are planning on coming out on Tuesday June 6th in the morning. He then responded with I dont feel comfortable with you guys doing the repairs. He has ignored my phone calls and text messages.  He has not paid ** for the second half of the job yet.

We had windows and gutters installed by Inland Home Improvements. The job was completed in September of 2022, and there were notes made by the installer/owner, about some of the windows that needed to be replaced due to defects. I called the business in December, regarding documents that I needed to submit for rebate info. At that time, I also mentioned that I hadn't heard anything regarding the replacement windows. I was told that ***, the owner/installer had made notes, but didn't specify which windows needed replacing. I explained that it was hard to see except on sunny days and was told that whenever I could get the information to him, he would forward it to ***. I expected to hear something from ***, and never did. In Early February, I sent an email, detailing which windows needed to be replaced and even noted that I could send pictures if needed. There are 3 total. I have sent 2 follow-up emails since, with the latest being 3/14/23, and have gotten no response. After paying $20,000 + for the work we had done, I would expect better customer service. I have attached the emails, the contract, and the invoice showing that everything was paid.
