    I purchased Grey/White carpet at $74.17 per yard from Cost Less Carpet on 2/2/2023. Carpet was installed 3/3/2023. When the 2 installers were wrapping it up, I walked into the room to see grey carpet with black pattern (pictures attached). The carpet i purchased was grey carpet with white pattern (black and white big difference for carpet). I immediately told the guys wrong ************* told me to contact *************************, Manager of Cost Less Carpet. I sent an email the very same day as install (email chain attached) and finally spoke w/him over phone on 4/13/2023, he said he would get me a $600 credit applied back to the **** I purchased the carpet on, 4 months later after repeated attempts to be credited back my $600, no response from ***** at Cost Less Carpet. I am to the point where I am considering having the whole carpet replaced with the correct carpet at his cost including install if the $600 credit is not refunded. Also the tag attached to the carpet roll I cut off the plastic and it shows $60.49 per yard (picture attached), not the $74.17 I paid? Any assistance would be appreciated. On a side note i have had a wood subfloor for 16 years and was looking forward to having carpet! Not the wrong carpet. Respectfully, *************************** 7/6/2023

    I received a check today for $600 from Cost Less Carpet for the refund of the wrong carpet installed. Please close my complaint as finalized.
