    Well...this purchase could not have gone much better. I send the money; machine was shipped within 48 hours and arrived on time. the only issue was an emergency hinge that someone had opened by mistake and lost a part. They immediately said that they would ship the part but i'm going to see if the local dealer has one before going through that.fair price. unit was in the condition as described. now maybe something bad will happen later but on first inspection...exactly what I had hoped for

    This place *****. Bought a machine and it was low on oils and had a broken handle. They blamed me for the low oil and the lowboy driver for the broke handle that had been been broke previously. So I recommend never using this place

    I guess when this guy came out and looked the machine over before buying it, he thought it was my responsibility to check the fluids for him....And he willingly admits that when he test operated the unit he purchased, the "broken handle" was broken at the time of him inspecting it. I was called a week after the machine got delivered to him and told that the machine had NO oil in it and all the reservoirs were empty! Weird how the motor wasn't knocking and the hydraulic pump wasn't howling, if the cylinders would have even moved! He also told me I should have given the machine a fresh service, new filters, and sharpened the chains on this Processor he bought, before it was delivered to him!! I tried explaining it to him, that could have maybe been arranged as part of the deal if it was talked about before purchasing it...but he thought that should have been done for him as a gift, without ever discussing it apparently... After over 10 years of Brokering Heavy Equipment, this is about the 4th machine I have sold (out of thousands) that the buyer was not happy about.... A perfect example of someone who always wants something for nothing, and will never be happy no matter how much you do for them!! Funny how he tries to smear our companies great reputation on here....but then calls me up the next day asking for $1,000 that I agreed to take out of my commission to help him with the delivery cost of the machine. The ***** of some people.... Regardless, his check was sent out to him, as promised. We are an honest company and always follow through with everything we agree to!! Landowners / other businesses, beware of doing business with this guy....here is what you get!
