Bought a PPE stainless crossover pipe got the wrong one and they wouldn't accept the return even after the sales rep told me to send it back in....they do not value thier customers all they want is your money....buy somewhere else.

The customer contacted us to request return information on PPE-********* and stated he had ordered the wrong part for his truck. He told our salesman that it had not been installed, as we do not accept installed parts for return. The customer was emailed return information which states:All returns are inspected when received back and must be received in brand new, re-sellable condition with all the original packaging, components, manuals, and cables, etc. Items received back, not in the original packaging, missing parts, etc. Will be returned to sender.When the part was received it was inspected and it had been attempted to be installed and was missing the ******** Had there not been an attempt to install the part we would have accepted the return even with missing ******** We reached out to the customer and he stated by email the part had been installed. Had we known that at the time the customer requested the *** we would have denied his request to return the part. The part was returned to the customer.
