    I hired this company Wood Run with the expectation of my home renovation being completed within their estimated window of 2-3 months time. They were hired around the beginning of may yet the only things almost completed in my home was a terribly done dry wall and subfloor install only in the kitchen. Somehow that took them 4 months to complete, and its still yet to be finished. So at this point I decided to have them finish the drywall, and subfloor and to order the cabinetry and countertops for the kitchen and that's it! I decided to complete the rest of the work myself, seeing as they will not work harder on getting things completed like they said. They requested that I sign a new contract for the new request of things I only ask them to do, which I signed. This whole process has an overwhelming ammount of emails, txts and phone calls with them giving excuses about why its taking so long and I will do a week at a time with no responses from them just to tell me that they are super busy and lost employees. I am having to live in a hotel since the beginning because I do not have a working bathroom or kitchen in my home. I paid them $18,000.00 in early may *********************************************************** countertops. We are getting into the winter season and I need to be in my home before that! At this point I have emailed, texted, and called them many times but have no responses for over 2 weeks. There is so much that I cant explain in this but I wish I listened to everyone a long time ago and reported them sooner, there's no way that they should be able to get away with the amount of time they have had to deal with all of this. I am not sure if this will even help. All I want is for them to Complete their job before WINTER! I need my home back. Thank you

    I need some assistance in getting my kitchen repaired. I had a water leak, my insurance *** was quick in sending Service Pro out to dry my kitchen. My claims adjust or recommended Wood Run. I am a. widow I feel that I am being ghosted. after I paid. $9800.00. It was supposed to be to buy materials to repair my kitchen. The contractor and the owner does not return phone calls text messages and email. This deposit was given in June. I would like the kitchen repaired or refund the deposit. Thank you ***** ****
