    On 7-16-2024 I purchased (1) vancheer hidden photo frame for $114.19( a nanny-cam). I followed the directions. The frames light was supposed to indicate when it was charged to proceed to the second part of using the product . The frame did not charge. I tried different outlets and different cords. The directions gave an e-mail to ask questions. I sent (2)--- 8-22-24 and 9-1-24 including a video to the e-mail address and I did not receive any reply. I returned the product and explained the problem to the receptionist. She was going to have the company's technician look at it .I waited to hear from the company but I did not hear from them. I called (3) times ---- 9-27-24/ 11-19-24/ 12-2-24. The last time I asked for the owner(**** ******) and I was told he was not available to talk to. As of ***** 24 I have not received a single response. ZERO RESPONSE. The company has the defective product and I want my $144.19. I told the receptionist that every time I called and I have been ignored.

Your original sales person is no longer working for us full time and we havent received your messages. This is no excuse but please know that were very sorry for the inconvenience and if you should need any assistance please feel free to reach out. We will also follow up with the team to see where/how this miscommunication happened. You can expecting a call from **** this week to confirm your refund.
