I wish I could leave 0 stars but I can't so instead here is my honest review on our terrible experience with this company. Apart from waiting almost 3 months for a working fridge, our apartment was randomly entered with no warning by a leasing agent while we were asleep in our underwear. She did not leave right away and actually stared at us until the dog jumped up at the door. Management would not allow us to break the lease, to which we accepted and let it go.We moved our about 2 months before the lease was to be up, too uncomfortable to live there, but continued to pay as we were not allowed out of the lease. In the middle of our move out, which we had paid October on time and in full, our stuff was stolen from the apartment and only the garbage and bags were left. After begging to talk to the owner, I was only able to get in contact after finding the phone number online. After a hopeful call with him, we were patient as it sounded we were going to be reimbursed and be done with everything. I was then ghosted for 3 weeks of no answers to emails, calls, and texts to only get a response when I threatened to make a police report. They are impossible to get ahold of sometimes, and it was a mistake to rent with them.

Rental property listings are full of false, inaccurate or misleading information. Postings increase square footage (1645 advertised house is 997), state "stainless steel appliances" (white and junky) and indicate property offers things that it simply does not offer. Upon viewing a home they had listed for rent I asked for clarity regarding square footage, parking, appliances and a musty basement and did not receive a reply back.Additionally, they scam you out of $25 along with the $50 to apply for a rental before you are even approved. They also use a scam company to get you to finance your security deposit - which gives them a major kickback and lets you pay $1800 for 10 years.Dishonest and slum lord. *****
