Air Design installed the heating and AC in our new home in 2020. We have been having problems with the furnace since. Air Design technicians came out several times during the first year while the system was under warranty, but the problem was never fixed. We would think that they fixed it, but when its cold again our furnace lags behind and the house is cold. For the last 2-3 ******* we have been supporting the central heat with space heaters and a gas fireplace which mostly overheats the vacant second floor to keep us somewhat comfortable on the first. The gas bill is going through the roof. Now that there is no warranty by the builder or Air Design we have to hire someone else to fix the problem.

We always love the opportunity to help customers, but it is really difficult to help if we are unaware of the problems customers are having. Our company has not visited this customer (*************************) since November 3, 2021. We were unaware the Nemri's were still having issues with their furnace. If the problem is ongoing, we would have been out in 2021 with no problem! It's now January 30, 2023, and we have not been contacted by the Nemri's, other than this BBB review. Please contact us so we can send out a manager and/or a technician and figure out what your concerns are.

I have some ***** e-mails sent to the builder during the first year (under warranty), and the last email was sent on October 15, 2021 (after the warranty has ended) repeatedly requesting repairs for this problem, not just with the furnace, but also with the ** during the record heat wave of Summer 2021. Communication with Air Design was always by phone so there are no records to show on my end. My phone records show 17 phone conversations with Air Design between February 8, 2021, and November 3, 2021. The last email clearly explains that the problem was not fixed as the warranty has just ended. I have never seen any company honoring a warranty after it had lapsed. That's why Air Design has not heard from me since then, but that does not make right.
