      I had not used the battery and just put it in to use I had to jump it to drive it home I purchased the battery in Feb I was told it has to read 10 amps when I called they told me it only reached four there is no leakage no damage no use it read **** when he finally connected it to the charger I was also billed 13 dollars and had to wait a day for someone to answer the phone or do the task than when I got to the counter the guy told me it has to read **** so he changes it to a higher number it has a 2 year warranty which is basically fraudulent to be able to ever collect on if the battery is good enough to drive I wouldn't need it to test at ten

      On 9/10/22 my daughter took her Apple Iphone 12 in to the store to have the back glass repaired. After repair, she brought it home to find the screen was all messed up. She contacted the store, and at that time they told her they broke the original Iphone screen, which also had a screen protector, and had replaced it- but that screen they replaced was defective and to bring in for a replacement. On October 14, 2022 my daughter took her phone back in, and the screen was replaced with an un-branded screen (which we were unaware of not being Iphone brand screen). Days later that screen cracked, as it wasn't a true Iphone screen, and they didn't put a screen protector on either. She has taken her phone in yet again to get the screen fixed, and the store is saying they will not replace it, and it will be a $228.68 fee to have fixed. My husband called corporate, and they also will not stand by their work! What they have done is deceiving and unethical- they broke something, didn't tell us they broke it, and replaced it with a product that was NOT the same as originally brought in. Now, they are trying to charge us to fix something they've broken! This is ****% not okay! I am requesting $300 to get the phone fixed with a Iphone screen from another business, a screen protector, plus gas and time that their mistake is causing.
