    I was referred to them since I have a *** I was told since I have no warranty a shop would be a better place to go. So I was excited until I got that estimate. 14k they did a overhaul of my car even though I didnt ask them to I appreciated it but they changed me for labor that I didnt agree or ask for. So i approve the things I feel are most important totaling over **** I ask them to check my door handle. They do saying my entire door is messed up they want over $900 to fix the door handle I dont approve it . I get my car back not only is my door handle worse but now my window isnt working properly like it did before and sounds like its going to snap when I can actually roll it down. They dont fix it they say I have no warranty and basically its not their problem.. I never told them to touch my window they took it upon themselves to and messed it up.. now they want to blame me because he trusts his shop guys thanks for stealing *********************************************************************** It was my husbands he was murdered in March so they knew they could take advantage.. dont go there unless your rich and dont care what they do to your car..

    I asked them to inspect and repair a vehicle. After getting into it a little they gave me a call and recommended I hold off. I appreciate their honesty and concern for the customer. They could have easily followed my instructions and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you!
