    On June 5 my daughter was scheduled to have a procedure by *** ******** After putting her through two stressful hours of unsuccessful attempts to draw blood, they were unable to and finally agreed the procedure wasn't happening. She was told by the office manager they would partially refund her money because of their time. She told ****** they would refund all but $1500. The reason I'm involved is I paid for it with my Care Credit account. After several weeks of not getting a refund and not being able to reach the office manager we went to the office to talk to *** directly. He told us he would be issuing a refund. A couple weeks later we were contacted by an attorney and still told a full refund would be coming. I'm attaching a copy of that agreement, which we haven't signed yet. Now we can't reach the attorney either. Any help or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

    I went to shape cosmetics for breast implants. My apt was the 1st week of June. He pushed my apt thru so fast it was very worrisome and strange but I was excited so I went with it. He told me not to drink water, so I went in very dehydrated and they couldn't find a vein to hook up to the IV. after 2.5 hours of him and a nurse stabbing me with a needle, the last time he tried he hit a nerve in my arm so hard, I screamed out and my whole body jumped bc it hurt so very bad. I had already been crying the whole time. After he hit the nerve he seemed very freaked out and said he can't do it. I asked about the money he said he will refund me. I have him on video saying he will refund me!!! It's been months of him giving me the run around, ignoring me, lying to me. He also had a very questionable lawyer call me and try to intimidate me into taking my review down, or else I won't be refunded. Absolutely unbelievably bad buisness practices. I have permanent nerve damage, I can't lift my arm or extend it without that same shooting pain.

    The issue has been resolved.  A lawyer sent us paperwork stating we will he refunded upon the bbb complaint being resolved.
