      On September 7 *****, I contracted with Choice Marketing to install satellite tv at our residence. They were unable to install, since then I requested a refund twice, they said they would look into the refund process . Since then there has been no response or refund received . I will wait five more days before initiating a Casual Action against Choice Marketing and seeking a claim against their bond {if one exist}

      We sold ***** ******** satellite internet (*********) at the ************ on September 6th 2024. We only setup the account we did not collect any money. He was required to use a cc for the account through *********. Yes, we went out to his property in *** and tried to install the service but were unable to install it because of line-of-sight issues. Mr. ******** understood this and asked if we would do a Starlink site survey. He paid us $75.00 plus tax for coming out to his property and attempting to install Hughe's but instead doing a Starlink sight survey. This is the only money we collected. ********* may have charged him for the 1st month of service which should have only been $99.99 plus tax. They should have refunded that within 30 days. I have received notice from ****** on Oct 7th that his account was canceled sense we could not install it. I have reached out to Mr. ******** to verify this, but I haven't heard back from him yet. As far as the $474.00 is concerned we were never paid this, amount. We were only paid the $75.00 plus tax for the sight survey. Anything else would have to be addressed through ********* which I am more than willing to help Mr. ******** with if ****** has not refunded him yet. 

      I was only made aware today 10/12/24 that there was even an issue with this account. I am more than willing to help Mr. ******** out on getting a full refund of any money paid that was not justified.
