    I purchased a tow hitch with installation from Snow auto well in advance of a trip that I needed the tow hitch for. My installation was scheduled last Sunday June 12. The company called to cancel stating that the wiring harness was on back order and that they would work out a deal to get it delivered quickly so they could install my hitch. They said they would call me back shortly. It has been over 1 week and 1 attempt to call yesterday lead to an employee passing the buck to an employee that was not there (gaslighting). I'm 5 days away from my trip with no availability to come in to get the hitch installed and will not be able to come in due to my schedule for over 1 month from now which defeats the purpose of why I bought from them. I would like a full refund. I feel they have had plenty of time and opportunity and will no be able to meet appropriate and realistic expectations. I would like a full refund without a rediculous restocking fee attached as this poor customer service was not my fault.

    I went in to have my steering wheel control module fixed and programmed. It was missing 2 wires- according to the tech. I went back into the back of the stereo as I needed to install my microphone for my hands free and saw the absolute ness of wires they left me. Before I took it in all the cables were neatly wire managed and clean, but when I got it back they were a disaster. And instead of adding wires to the adapter plug like they should have- they spliced into my original factory harness. What's the point of the adapter of you're just gonna splice my factory harness? They didn't redo any wire management and shoved the cables in so hard it tore two cables I had to fix. When I called the store with my discoveries I was just told along the lines of we did the service you paid for- that's it. I am very displeased and had given them a chance to make things right but they haven't. I have since redone all the cables so they are neatly back there now and all working. It's such a fire risk to leave cables unmanaged and bare ends just sticking out. I cut all bare ends back and taped them all safely up.
