      My daughter ****** had two fillings done there last year within a years time. They werent filled all the way correctly (they missed some of it) so we went back to get them fixed free of charge as they told us is there policy if it is done within a years time of when it originally was done. I even checked paperwork I kept to make sure it was also. The dentist said they had to do a few things and one was too deep to correct and wouldve ended up needing a root canal for it so they only fixed one of the two and said to just leave the other one alone because a root canal would be hard for a little kid to deal with. So they fixed the one tooth and told me again from the dentist himself that it was all free of charge cus it was done within the time frame for it to be free. I told the receptionist on the phone who seemed to not care what I had to say about it and then received a bill today for $99.80 after they had my insurance pay part of it. Not at all what I was told and what their policy is for. Not happy about this at all and dont ***na pay something that should be covered because it was their mess up and policy to correct it for free.

      I put in a complaint for Childrens Place a few weeks ago and was told to wait for a call from them for a few weeks as next step suggested by BBB. Waited and never got a call from them. So feel free to post complaint to ur website now and I will just have to pay the bill unfortunately but wont be going back there again either since they lied and didnt follow their own policy.
