    I was originally quoted $230 however the owner agreed to discount that amount to $200 + tax.At first I got replies saying they would come clean again, however, it was Saturday 3/30 and the next day was Easter Sunday 3/31. I had to be completely out by Sunday evening. There was no time they could re-clean.I am asking for a partial refund of $100.1st email sent:Hi,Actually,fairly disappointed. This was supposed to be a move out clean. I think she was just here a couple of hours.Walls and door frames didn't get wiped down, shower wall at the shower head area didn't get cleaned, soap holder in the shower wasn't cleaned. Cobwebs in the living room ceiling corners-- just use a broom and sweep them down,took me about 30 seconds. Oven didn't need to be cleaned but we specifically looked at the inside door and agreed the door would be cleaned and it wasn't. Oven drawer that holds broiler pan and pans didnt get cleaned out at all. Pantry doors not wiped down.I think she rushed and did what she could in about 2 hours because she mentioned she had another cleaning job at 2p. My job was at noon. That really is unfair. I know you gave me a $30 discount off your regular move out price, however, that's not the service I got.Reply:We take full responsibility and are committed to making things right for you. Rest assured, we'll send someone over to fix the cleaning at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I want to thank you for your understanding. We've already applied a discount of over $100 since move-out cleaning is a one package.Regarding the oversight with the drawers, I apologize for any inconvenience. I'll personally ensure that **** understands the importance of addressing all areas thoroughly in the future.**** completed the cleaning and left your apartment at 3:50 pm.
