    Spokane Allergy and Asthma Clinic doesn't care about its patients (Plural because I see that another reviewer has the same problem I have.). With my insurance company, Spokane Allergy has a monopoly in Spokane. The next closest approved clinic is 40 miles away. Trying to get an appointment for immunotherapy is an impossible task. For five weeks I tried, only to get voicemail, and NO return call. When they finally did call back, they left a voicemail with an extension to contact. Calling that extension does no good, just voicemail again. They expect you to live with your phone. "Phone tag" is their scheduling system. I still don't have an appointment. They don't have an online appointment system and they refuse to contact via email. There is a patient portal, but I have never been able to access it. I gave them my email, but I guess it's too much trouble for them to set me up. You can pay your bill online easily, though. Convenient for them, not for the patient.

    Although the doctor is wonderful, my partner has not been able to get in touch with anyone for months now. He was told a year ago there was something wrong with scheduling so they would call to schedule a follow ** in six moths. Clearly there has been no luck with trying to set up an appointment to be seen. We each have called at least 5+ times a week and left multiple messages. He has infusions every 3 weeks and if no one can get ahold of them for a refill, then he cant get the medication he needs and potentially could get an infection that will kill him. This is not ok for him or anyone else. The reviews say it all. How do you expect to keep a business open if you arent scheduling your clients! From *************** reviews, this company is NOT responding to their patients. This is unacceptable for these patients who NEED to see their doctor.
