      Good morning-Unfortunately the buyers are not interested in having Volro Construction perform any further repairs on the property at this time. One thing to note, the buyers estimate the roof repairs to be about $2,500 - $3,000. Considering that I have already paid a substantial amount of money to Volro Construction for work done on my property with the assurances that the repairs were permitted while doing so then afterwards this was proven to be false. In fact I did reimburse you for your stolen materials in the amount of $1,500. I am looking for compensation from Volro Construction, LLC in the amount of $2,500 in an effort to satisfy this matter.*****************, Owner, ********************************************************************************** is requesting $2,500 from Volro Construction, LLC to resolve this issue. Please make check payable to, *****************, LLC, P.O. Customer Answer

      Date: 01/25/2024

      I have heard back from Volro Construction this morning. They are dismayed that I filed a complaint with the BBB. I expected that but explained that I am willing to take the necessary steps to quash this matter as long as I receive compensation from V.C. with regard to the $5,950 deduction from my net proceeds from the sale of my investment property located at *******************************************************************************

      I am only requesting $2,500 to make me whole and satisfied. A fraction of the $5,950 that was deducted from the sale due to their shoddy workmanship.

      Respectfully,

      ******************;

      We have been in contact with *********** regarding his issue. Although we disagree with his statements we are working on a mutual agreement to satisfy *********** and Volro Construction. By working with *********** this does not imply that we admit fault or negligence in this matter. I have sent over an agreement to *********** to review, agreeing to his payment request of $2500.
