      10 years ago my mother hired **** of Dynamic Decks to remove our old 10x10 wooden deck and stairs and replace it with an newly enlarged and reconfigured 20x14 deck with Azek decking and black metal railings. **** did the entire project, demo, construction and installation all himself. We couldnt have been more thrilled and satisfied with the quality of our beautiful deck. I have and will continue to recommend **** of Dynamic Decks to anyone wanting exceptional quality craftsmanship.

      Dynamic Decks removed and replaced our deck. After several years the trim around the outside of the deck was falling off as it was improperly installed per ****'s visit to our home. **** stated that the screws were set too far apart. I asked them to come repair it. The calls were July 13, then again August 2nd, and again August 15th. On my last call I stated that I would make a complaint to the Office of the Attorney General. ********************* did at that time return my call. He was extremely rude. I said well that at least you to called me, he said well it isn't getting your deck repaired. It is short of a month after the call and still no repair. ********************* did not represent himself as a professing believer. Things might be fine and ***** now but give it a year or two. I do not recommend Dynamic Decks.

      I did speak with this customer about her deck but the rudeness wasnt from me but her and she was proud of the fact that she had threatened me to call the Attorney General. She complained about things that she said were not done four years ago but she never once reached out to us or asked us to come back. **** went out to look at the project and they were rude and did not engage him in conversation or come up with a solid solution. We are notorious for coming back and taking care of our customers for years after we do a project but just like our customers like to be treated with respect, so do we. Communication is a two way street. When we finish a project we do a walk through with all our customers and make sure they are 100% satisfied. Waiting 4 years to complain doesnt do anybody any good.I am sorry this has happened and will tell you that we have built over **** decks in the ******* area and this one is one of the very few that was dissatisfied. Once the hate mail goes out there is very little we can do to satisfy her.Our customers are our business! Without them we are nothing. I am thankful for each one and the positive relationships we have built over the 20 years we have been in business.God Bless,********************* Owner
