    In March 2023 I was notified that my denturist at Ivory Dentures passed away. They sent me a letter and asked me to contact them for a refund. I called and left voicemails when I could (usually the mailbox was full and would just hang up on me) and then finally wrote a letter to them in the Fall 2023 asking for them to please contact me. They never did. I put $500.00 toward new dentures and never got my money back. I am disabled and on Medicare. I need this money back.

    When I went to get my dentures they didn't fit right and she fixed them, but when I went to have my dentures adjusted and to fit better she had the business closed because she had died. So I was unable to get my dentures fixed. My dentures don't fit me and I can't eat anything. I'm not able to keep my dentures in my mouth I use a tube a week of adhesive. I need help with dentures. My dentist died.

    I had bought a set of dentures from this business and used them before with no issues and this tome wasn't like that. I started out ok but part way threw the detureist ******* apparently had breast cancer and didn't disclose she was sick. I get everyone has the right to privacy but when you are doing business and taking money and being as sick as she was it should have been told to people incase something came up and she couldnt finish them with ended up happening. She passed my dentures where not done all the way and they don't line up. I got an email stating they were trying to find another denture person but it's been a year and nothing I have asked for them to either refund me what I and my insurance paid or send it to the person I am working with now and nothing. They do have another person in there but I have started work with someone else. Also no one would finish the dentures she did because they had to warranty them and they couldn't or wouldn't I would like them to either send the refund to ******* ******* where I am having them redone at or to myself so I can pay him. It's not fair that I am out 2x for 1 set of dentures. I do feel bad for the family but I shouldn't have to pay for it twice.

    On 06/27/2022 I paid $731.95, for dentures to be made at Ivory Dentures. Since then, the phone number has been disconnected and they have closed. We were still in the process of making my dentures. I have no way to contact them and I'm hoping to get my dentures that I paid for. I'm currently using a temporary denture but it is causing issues and sore gums.
