      I ordered 3sets of sheets for a king bed, the details stated that the sheets were deep pockets and included all info that would indicate they would fit even after washing. Upon receiving the sheets were too small, in my attempt to return them, I was informed I would have to pay for shipping because it's buyer's remorse, I can't use the sheets, they're too small and the company is actually blaming me, the customer and making me pay for their shoddy workmanship and lack of concern for their customers. Warning: buyers beware you will definitely be remorseful with this company.

      The size and dimensions of all bedding products are posted in the listing to ensure the sizing meets expectations.  This is done to make sure that a customer can check the dimensions will fit their bed especially with the increasing depth of mattresses today.  We will cover return shipping costs for defective items, but not if the item matches the information from the listing.

      I ordered two Three wheeled Hover-1 scooters from Until Gone(1000 each) December 5.. I asked to receive them by Christmas because we were taking them camping Christmas Day. I did get them about 14 th.. however, one would not hold a charge. We ended up taking our golf cart instead. We have been emailing back and forth since then. I thought if they would send me new batteries I could install them well when I got into the compartment that housed them, it would take a mechanic to figure that out. So, I said refund or replace. On January 19 I received an email that they would refund for one scooter. So, with that being said I am very happy with the results. Not sure what I will do with one scooter for two people. Still happy with the results ******** gave us.. Thanks ********??

      I placed an order in July of 2023. I received the order, but didn't need it until the beginning of this month, as it was a humidifier. The product did not work, and when I brought it to their attention, they told me that it was past the warranty. I trusted that they were a reputable company, and wouldn't have sold me a product that wouldn't work. I purchase lots of products in the off season, and have never had an issue with them when I use them much later. This humidifier didn't even turn on. I'm really disappointed with this company. Most companies would stand by their products.I'll never purchase anything else from them.

      Customer NO SERVICE!!!! No way to talk OR text to a live person. I placed an order, received notice that it was shipped, but haven't received any tracking information from **** It has been days since I received the message my purchase was shipped. Waiting days for a text back after calling and leaving a VM. Don't believe this a legitimate company.

      It looks like you've been in contact with our **************** team via email although you have not responded to any of their return messages so it's possible our return messages went to spam.  In addition, we provide live chat directly from our website.  In this case, it looks like the vendor shipped the order without tracking.  This is against our normal procedures and we will work with the vendor to resolve.

      I purchased a keyboard on 12/31/22, Order Number *******. I reached out and asked for your return policy. I was given instructions. I received an email from Until Gone on 1/23/22 asking if I planned on returning the keyboard. I responded with Good Afternoon,I just tracked the package being returned and it shows it was delivered to the front door/porch yesterday at 12:09pm. Please let me know if you have indeed received it. I emailed Until Gone on 1/31/23 with: I have reached out to you several times asking for an update on my return. Please advise. I dont want to bring this to my banks attention. Thank you. I recommended Until Gone to a work colleague and am sorry I did! Please let me know when I can expect compensation for the return. Thank you. *****************************

      Customer requested an RMA which was provided the same day, but did not provide the tracking number until prompted two weeks later. Once we had the tracking and confirmed receipt, a refund was issued within 48 hours.

      Until Gone is a reseller of older and refurbished items. Some items are new but old stock. I have purchased and been mostly happy. In early September someone "accidentally" sent out a message to all on their SMS list saying we had won a $100 gift card and providing a code. This was followed up with another message. This message said "oops" that message was an accident and not intentional but instead have 10 percent off your next purchase. I contacted support and was told they are a small company and human and make mistakes and they feel bad about it. This is the same canned response everyone else received too. This is a bait and switch scenario. Buyer beware!

      One of our employees made a mistake and sent the winner message for a monthly gift card draw to the entire list. While we understand the reviews frustration as we all like a freebie, this was a simple error that we moved to correct as quickly as possible.
