    On 8/2/2024 we had safenest environmental visit our home to do mold testing under a recommendation from my health care provider. While here they made up bogus reasons to do an outlandish number of tests. It cost 2200 dollars we had to pay upfront in cash or check only. When we received the report they only recommended one contractor to do the work. The entire time they were here (****) was the mans name he seemed like a fraud and was making some bogus claims like we need to replace the roof of our house, re grade our side yard, that we needed to remove all dry wall in any areas that are affected and the numbers started piling on. Upwards of $70k I keep my house fairly clean and have only had two minor water leaks which we corrected IMMEDIATELY. The report that was provided makes no claims of what needs to be done if anything and just gives numbers with no reference for what is concerning. I have since had two people come out and test for moisture in our home which results came back at zero vs what safenest claimed. It is also not industry standard to charge what he charged and I feel I got hadI can attach more reports as the other companies get them to me
