They take payments and never complete or even start the job. They have years of fraud documentation in multiple states including *******, **********, ******** and **********.

    Date of transaction 2/24/2024. I paid for a roof on a credit card, the amount was $7477.40. On February 29th I called and canceled the job, after finding out that the work he was going to do would not be enough to fix my roof, and the job he said he would do is actually not up to code.The owner of this business told me my money would be refunded in 7-10 business days. He did not do any work on the house. I did not receive the money, and I called repeatedly to see when it would come in. He said he was out of town, but could get me the money the next week. The last time he said he would meet me at my house between 3-4pm with a check on March 20th, but he never showed up. He stopped returning my calls, and his voicemail box was full so I could no longer leave voicemails. Every signature was done on his phone, he emailed me one invoice which I will attach.I am working with US Bank to dispute the charge, case ID# *************. The phone number that US Bank has given me to contact cardmember service representatives is **************.
