    I am unhappy and disappointed in their mitigation on my house. Their lack of communication is unreal . They did mitigation for several months and in October I was worried about my pipes freezing from the heat being off and my windows were open in the back of my house . I texted ****** on October 27th asking about when I can turn my heat on. I tried to turn my heat on once but there was electrical tape on my vent on my ceiling. I could have burnt my house down. We got a water bill which never happens and found out theres a broken pipe under our house. Im very disappointed with this whole process and think legal action is necessary. Our pipes were done before my house started getting demoed and left freezing cold with the windows open. Terrible customer service. Horrible communication. I want to know the actually reasoning for the pipe breaking because it didnt break when we were living in it . We were told we would be taken care of and not not worry but I regret choosing this company. I would like to have the pipe repaired. My homeowners wont pay for it unless its proven to be caused by cold weather , which is what I think happened but I need to know . We cant afford to fix it. If you dont want to fix it, prove it was caused by cold weather and Ill file it as an add on to my current claim.
