    Contracted pool to be built in August ********************* spring 2022 and finished in approximately 12 weeks - Work began in late spring - The jobsite has been left unsecure and available to workers since the beginning.- Workers showed up for meaningful work less that fifteen full days from beginning of project until now.- Project is now stalled again going into winter with a huge dangerous hole in my back yard, and my yard has been left to decay with trash, and uprooted grass.- ***** at A1 and his subcontractor have assured us that the project would be finished quickly numerous times - Machinery to finish the project has been left in my garage, making it impossible to park my truck inside. - We have made all progress payments on time and in full.

    To whom it may concern;

    When we signed the contract with the ******* in August of 2021, our intent was to have the pool completed during the spring and summer of 2022.  However, because of delays beyond our control including excavation, weather, inspections, subcontractors, shortage of concrete and electrical material, etc. we were not able to complete the swimming pool this year.  Building a swimming pool is like building dominos.  One thing has to happen before the next step can be done.  Example: when we are waiting for an electrical inspection no other work can be done until after the inspection.  So, there are times when no one is at the site.

    The swimming pool presently has the excavation, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, gas rough-in, walls, concrete decking, concrete bottom and safety cover completed. What we have left to do is install the liner, auto cover, and equipment which will take about two weeks in the spring.  This work is dependent upon have an air temperature of around 70 degrees.  Normally this temperature does not occur until around May.  I am sorry about the delay, but I had no control over the above items.
