Im very sorry to hear about the confusion and stress this has caused. I completely understand how upsetting an unexpected charge can be, especially when you're on a budget.
It looks like during checkout, you accepted an optional offer (commonly known as an upsell), which is what caused the total to increase to $97.75. Weve already flagged your order for cancelation and refund as requested.

March 8, 2025, received 4 bottles of their Viscera capsules. I don't know how much they took from my card.I didn't order this product nor do I know what it's for. After receiving product discovered ingredients were not compatible due to history of breast cancer. Called daily for a week to speak to customer service. Could not speak to anyone who spoke English. Emailed conern twice with no reply. Opened dispute with credit card company. Instructed to return for refund. Did. Package returned marked undeliverable because they moved. Date if transaction was 12/16/24 and 01/11/25. It is an occurring monthly charge on credit card that was I was told was cancelled last month. I want the charges stopped. I did call and the man said he had cancelled it but it is there again this month.Business Response

I ordered SaneMD vitamins for $18.95 I see my bank account and I was charged for the vitamins plus $79 which I have no idea what it's for! I wrote to the company, there's nothing they can do, sure. She said they sent me an email with a receipt for what I bought, they didn't. She said I can return it unopened. That's not the point and now I have to spend money returning their bogus product. I'd like consumers to be aware they are buying more than one product even when you say no! I said no to all the extra bonuses they try and get you to buy. Obviously they didn't see my no's and sent something, I don't know what. Scam for sure! I want a full refund of $98!!!Business Response

I ordered a single bottle of Sane solution but when checking out it charged me for 3 bottles and there was no place to cancel or correct. A totally illegal scam. This company should be penalized for this illegal behavior. I will not accept this package and want my $69.00 returned as I did not order 3 bottles.
