      On 09/16/2022 Thermal King came out to replace a AIR-COOLED CONDENSING UNIT costing $4144.08 Under the verbal assumption I got a 2 Year warranty on parts and service for a walk in refrigerator and it seemed to work fine until 12/21/2022 when it quit working so I called this company back to come out to fix this problem since they did the initial work. During that call I spoke to ***********************, Office Manager I ask them to come fix and I was informed it would be two weeks before they could come onsite but could not give me a date and time they would arrive. They also said to call someone else. I then called them back after being stunned that I was blatantly lied to and ask them to please come out no matter what and was told I was rude and somehow disrespectful That they would not be coming out to service the equipment, but he would walk me thru the processes to troubleshoot it to identify the problem when I arrived at my restaurant, when I got there and tried to make contact I very quickly found that *************************** the owner had blocked me, he clearly was not going to keep his word. I ended up getting another company to fix it and found it had a slow leak from when he last worked on the unit. He did not try to resolve the issue. I want my money back and the cost for the repair since he can not honor his own work. Repair Job #******** I was also told he charged me double what the unit really cost. I have not received a bill for the repair at the time of this Complaint.
