      Inaccurate and Untrustworthy, would not recommend.Identified our desired homesite on our land, and hired Solid Structures NW to design a home. In order to understand foundation requirements builder needed to perform excavation. Walked the homesite with first the sales person then the owner and his excavator. Solid structures bid 15 days excavation to complete, which we accepted. Eight days after start the excavator called to say he was "done except for one tree" and "I like this spot better than the original plan"; I requested pictures which were texted to me that day. Pictures provided by excavator showed the wrong homesite was prepped, which I communicated immediately and confirmed the following weekend. Specifically the excavator pushed the driveway behind and past the desired homesite and cleared a spot of land about 100 feet past the agreed homesite, leaving our desired homesite unprepared and a large scar of flat gravel as the view out our planned bedroom window. I contacted Solid Structures and stated my concerns. Owner called me the following Monday and rather than admit a mistake stated they "had" to do that to get the dirt (photographs will show this is categorically untrue) and stated they had plenty of time left in the bid to complete the job. Considering the excavators "Done except for one tree" comment, this also suggests they grossly overbid the service. Mistakes happen, covering them up is unacceptable.
