    ON May 3rd 2024 I contacted backyard home buyers to let them know my wife, *************************** had passed away and to remove HER name and MY address from their mailing list . The lady I talked to said they would do that but and that it might take a bit to get it removed. It's now August and I'm STILL getting mail from them ADDRESSED to my deceased wife's name after I was assured (lied to) that her name and my address would be removed from their mailing list. I want all my info removed from their list ASAP AND BY ASAP I MEAN NOW, NO MORE BULLSH-T

    We did receive the request from the person noted in the complaint to remove them from our mailing list.  We did this as requested.  The customer did receive a letter after the request because we had already sent out our monthly mailing after we received the request.  We do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

    non stop harrassing behavior from this company i have already filed complaints againest them as they have a headquarters ins spoken Washington yet again today i get another harrassing un wanted harrasing mailings from them again from a now ********* address i am sick of their non stop harrassing behavior and terrorism behaviors

    Hello there,

    We are sorry for the trouble. After the one time you called us with really colorful and threatening language we removed you from our system. You can see in the screenshot attached that we marked you as a dead (IE Do Not Contact) prospect.

    Any marketing that came to you after the fact wouldve been as a result of previous delays in the **** system and/or the result of the marketing company we were using at the time.

    We are extremely sorry for the distress this caused you and are glad that this has been resolved.

    I have repeatedly asked the business to stop contacting me about selling my house. I have also asked to be put on their do not contact list but still get mailer from them.

    Hello,

    We send out hundreds of thousands of marketing material in the mail each month and field any and all requests to remove people from our marketing list.  We have a fully audited process that our employees are required to follow.  We have no record of this person requesting to be removed from our mailing and certainly would not refuse to do so.  ************* does not include anything offensive in it and is simply and offer to buy there house. 

    I would like to see this complaint resolved as it is baseless and provides no factual insights into wrong doing.  We provide a great customer service to the clients we work with.  Everyone in the ** receives mail marketing advertising products and services.  I don't believe this is grounds to identify a business as not trustworthy.

    non stop harrassing from this company i have repeatedly asked them to stop harrassing me

    Hello,

    I'm responding to this complaint as we do not show any records of this person requesting to be removed from our mailing list.  We have since removed them from our marketing lists.   I would like to see the complaint removed as the term harassment is used and that is overly disparaging considering the circumstances.  We follow an audited process for removing customers when they request to be removed from our marketing list.
